Will Power/Won’t PowerSM is a series of interactive assertive communication workshops for girls ages 12-14.  The program focuses on values and healthy relationships, helps girls identify and avoid risky situations, provides factual information on female health and the reproductive system, and encourages girls to value and support each other. Will Power /Won’t Power is series of workshops (total 18 hours) in assertive communication, healthy relationships, avoiding risky situations, and teen health.

Will Power/Won’t PowerSM was developed by Girls Incorporated, considered to be the nation’s leading expert on girls.

Will Power/Won’t PowerSM is facilitated by entirely by trained Youth Leaders high school juniors or seniors from each community.

We are currently working in five middle schools in Salinas, Soledad, Greenfield, Gonzales and Seaside.
