ECHO Leadership Graduates have the opportunity to continue their leadership development as Youth Leader Interns.

About the Youth Leaders Program:

Interns are hired and trained to deliver programs to young women and girls in high school and middle school. These activities provide a very tangible way for the graduates to

• learn and practice program planning and facilitation
• practice public speaking
• develop conflict resolution skills
• develop mentoring skills

These young women work in close partnership with the Girls Inc. staff and ECHO volunteer mentors.
