The Smart Choices Program helps girls entering the ninth grade prepare for high school. It is an intensive summer program,that inspires girls entering high school to make positive life choices about school, relationship and health.

Will Power/Won’t Power SM is a series of sessions on assertive communication, healthy relationships, avoiding risky situations, postponing sexual activity and teen health for girls ages 12-14.

Adult women Mentors play an important role facilitating the ECHO Leadership program in partnership with Youth Leaders. They provide the opportunity for girls to have supportive relationships with adult women outside their family. Mentors play a vital role by inspiring the teens to maintain interest in school and see the link between their studies and their futures.

Friendly PEERsuasion is a program that helps girls identify and avoid risky situations, resist peer, media and social pressures to use drugs and alcohol, provides factual information on health, and encourages girls to value and support each other.

The Growing Together program has helped many mothers and daughters to increase positive communication between one another.

As a Youth Leadership Interns, ECHO graduates have the opportunity to practice their leadership skills, help younger girls learn new skills and ideas and work in partnership with adults.
